Granola

This is my favorite standard granola;

Combine in a large bowl:
12 c regular rolled oats
2 c flaked coconut
2 c chopped nuts

In a sauce pan combine and heat to disolve:
3/4 c oil
3/4 c honey
3/4 c water
1 T vanila

Pour over oats and mix well.  Bake on 2 cookie sheets in 350^ oven for 30 minutes.  Switch rack position after 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the granola there for a few hours for a crispy texture.
